Initia is a multi-VM supported Rollup ecosystem, where the Layer 1 supports only the MoveVM and the Layer 2 (Minitias) operators have the freedom to choose which VM use.
Currently, MoveVM and WasmVM are supported, and EVM will be supported in the later version of Initia.
